How to Schedule Your Biometric Screening Appointment

Scheduling your biometric screening in advance will save you time and reserve your spot.

Step 1: To schedule your screening, log in to your Member Portal. Once you are signed in, click on “My Wellness” image. (Non-members, log in directly to My Wellness portal by following instructions for non-members.) 

Step 2: Click on the center box labeled “Schedule Your Screening.

This will open a separate tab in your browser.

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see the two options below. Click “Create New Appointment.

Step 4a: Select event date/location of your choice by clicking the bubble next to the words “Biometric Screening” on the far right column. 

You can click “DATE” to sort by date or “EVENT” to sort by facility.

Events with (*) indicate that the event is full and no appointments are available for that event date/location.

Step 4b: Click: “Create a New Appointment"

Step 5a: Select your desired appointment time from the drop down menu.

You are now finished with creating an appointment for your onsite biometric screening. A confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided.

How to Change or Cancel Your Biometric Screening Appointment

Step 1: To change or cancel your biometric screening appointment, log in to your Member Portal. Once you are signed in, click on “My Wellness” image. (Non-members, log in directly to My Wellness portal by following instructions for non-members.) 

Step 2: Click on the center box labeled “Schedule Your Screening."

This will open a separate tab in your browser.

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see the two options below. Click “Change/Cancel Appointment

Step 4a: Select either “Change” or “Cancel” on the existing appointment.

Step 4b: Click “Change/Cancel Appointment"

If you choose to “Cancel” your appointment then an email confirmation will be sent confirming your cancellation.

If you choose to “Change” your appointment, continue with the next steps. You can click “DATE” to sort by date or “EVENT” to sort by facility.

Step 5a: Select event date/location of your choice by clicking the bubble next to the words “Biometric Screening” on the far right column.

Step 5b: Click “Create a New Appointment"

Step 6a: Select your desired new appointment time from the drop down menu.

You are now finished changing an appointment for your onsite biometric screening. A new confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided.
